Delete Your Account

To delete your account, please first confirm "Precautions for Deletion" and fill out the following form.

  • Even if you delete your account, your Toyoko Inn Club Card Membership and your points will still remain.
  • We can’t delete accounts for following guests. We ask you to set a new address.
  •  ・Guests with future reservations.
  •  ・Guests who have accommodated using online credit card payment within a year.

  • When you delete your account, following information will be deleted. Please note that even if you reregister your account again, it will not be processed.
